local economic situation and have responsibility to inform Party B 1 month prior to the date applied
new tour fare.
Vietnam Explore Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by guests.
Additional expenses which occur due to delays, diversity in transportation due to local conditions,
accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be covered by guest. Guests are
required to have full travel insurance.

TRANSPORTATION

• The transportation is based on AC vehicles
• Group sizes of 2 paxs: Deawoo Gentra, Vios, Civic, Corolla Altis/ Minivan
• Group sizes from 3 to 4 paxs: Inova/ Minivan
• Group sizes from 5 to 9 paxs: Minibus of 16 seaters
• Group sizes from 10 to 15 paxs: Minibus of 24 seaters
• Note: Vietnam Explore Holidays have the right to charge the extra cost for having to use the lager
• means of transportation.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Under 2 years: Free of Charge
• From 3 to 5 years old: 50% of adult's fare (No bed) and 75% of of adult's fare (with bed)
• From 6 to 11 years: 75% of adult's fare (No bed) and 90% of of adult's fare (with bed)

• Free of charge for group sizes of 15 adults

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• 50% deposit of total tour fare must be settled upon confirmation of your booking.
• Final payment must be made upon arrival in case your tour leader accompanies group. If not,
• final payment must be made 3 days prior to arrival date. Vouchers/ Invoices will be issued at
• the same time.

Vietnam Explore Holidays must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:

• 15 days prior to arrival No Charge
• From 10 to 14 days prior to arrival 25% of tour fare non-refundable
• From 05 to 09 days prior to arrival  50% of tour fare non-refundable
• From 03 to 04 days prior to arrival  75% of tour fare non-refundable
• Under 03 days prior to arrival  100% of tour fare non-refundable 7/ REMARK:
• Tour fares will be surcharged 25% on peak October, 2010 (Anniversary of 1000 year old Hanoi)
